The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of fast food restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very accommodating and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the service staff were first class. The hotel also offered valet parking, which was a nice bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the room only having one chair and the AC being a bit loud, my overall stay at Crystal Plaza Hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with quick access to restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and accommodating during check, in and throughout the stay. the room had comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was spacious and well, maintained. the breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a range of options to choose from. the hotel provided valet parking services and had excellent Wi, Fi connectivity.
The gym facilities were a bit limited.

The hotel is conveniently located near fast food restaurants and shops, making it an ideal base for business travelers. The staff was accommodating in repairing my outlet that wasn't working. breakfast was quite good and first-class service was provided by staff.
The room only had two thin blankets, and they fold them every day, meaning that every night the bed needs to be made again. Although valet parking is included, the credit card-style keys get replaced at an additional fee and the room access could be better.
